Growth was close to monotonic: after building gradually from Rp1,090 million (2017) to Rp1,525 million (2021), the pace clearly accelerated afterward, reaching Rp1,715 million in 2022, Rp1,875 million in 2023, and jumping sharply to Rp2,495 million in 2024. The median moved in step, more than doubling from Rp234 million to Rp465 million over the same window, suggesting the increase was broad-based rather than concentrated in a few large collectors. Dispersion widened considerably as well, with the standard deviation nearly tripling from Rp3.1 billion in 2017 to Rp8.9 billion in 2024, indicating that while most regions raised more from waste retribution, a growing subset, generally large cities, pulled substantially further ahead of the pack.
